At My Oasis 502: A Salt & Wellness Sanctuary, our mission is to create a peaceful, restorative space where individuals can slow down, breathe deeply, and take intentional steps toward better health. Built by two retired educators with decades of experience supporting families and communities across southern Indiana, our history is rooted in service, compassion, and a genuine desire to help people thrive—physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Our History

My Oasis 502 was born from the shared passion of co-founders Teresa Jewell and Candy Carpenter, who spent their careers as educators, counselors, and community supporters. After years of helping students and families navigate stress, growth, and change, they envisioned a sanctuary where people of all ages could find relief, comfort, and revitalization. Their love for wellness, combined with their dedication to helping others, led to the creation of a welcoming haven in the heart of historic Madison, Indiana.
